Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Home Visits
Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend one of our practices. Please ring before 10.00am to arrange a visit and let us know if your condition is urgent.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by:

Dropping off your request in person to the surgery, Posting, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, Faxing us on 01536 748286
Online - you will need to register for this service in person at the reception desk
Phoning your preferred Chemist who will order your prescription and dispense it ready for you. They may even be able to offer a home delivery service. You will still need to allow 48 hours for your prescription request to be processed.

Branch Surgery & Dispensing

We have provision to dispense to patients who live outside the town boundaries at our Brigstock Surgery. The Health Service Regulations on this matter are very strict and this service can only be offered to those patients who register as 'dispensing' when they join the practice or when they move house.
