Making An Appointment


If your problem is urgent then tell reception when phoning.

If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two weeks or sooner. You may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.

You will be asked for a brief description of the problem so that we can make sure you get an appointment with the most appropriate health care professional.

Please tell us if you need an appointment for more than one person, or if you have a large number of problems to discuss so that we can book you a longer appointment.

You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor. They will ring you on the telephone number you have given. Call back times will be approximate.

To cancel an appointment please call us on 01536 204154 and select OPTION 1. You will be required to leave a message stating your name, date of birth and the time and date of your appointment. You can not re-book an appointment using this option and will need to redial and speak to reception if you wish to do so. You will only be called by the clinician regarding your results if there's an abnormality.
