HOST event for those experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping
Rockingham Forest Primary Care Network is hosting a Healthy Outreach Support Event for those experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping.
This takes place on Wednesday 18 November - 9.30am to 12.30pm at Lakeside Surgery, Cottingham Road, Corby NN17 2UR.
Surgery staff will be on hand along with members of North Northamptonshire Council's Rough Sleeping Team.
On the day:
- A GP will be available to provide clinical support and health assessments.
- A nurse will be present to offer health checks and advice.
- Our Social Prescribing Team will be available to provide guidance, signposting, and support.
- Flu vaccines will be available
There will also be support and advice on:
- The Rough Sleeping Team
- Alcohol and Substance Support
- Mental Health
- Sexual Health
- Hep C Trust
- Housing
- Income and Employment Support
- Exercise and Fitness
Invited guests will receive an incentive for their attendance.
