Railway incident 19th June 2026
We are very sorry to hear of the railway incident on Friday night. Our thoughts are with all those directly involved, their families, friends, and colleagues.
East Midlands Railway has set up a dedicated telephone line for customers and families who were directly involved. Trained colleagues can help with queries, including the return of personal belongings. Today, Monday 22 June 2026, the line is open until 8pm. East Midlands Railway can also refer customers and families to the British Red Cross for further support, where appropriate.
