Our Patient Services Advisors are trained to ask questions about your concern or health condition to direct you to the most appropriate source of help.

Patient Services Advisors manage our appointment systems, take requests for home visits and take messages for health professionals etc. They will also advise on the best way to access our services.

All our Patient Support Administrators are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
