How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If you have the NHS App then your test results are stored and are viewable in the app under Your GP Health Record. For more information about the app and the results you can view visit the NHS website.
If you have access you can also see test results in SystmOnline. Visit our online services page
Please note that will contact you by telephone, or by letter, only if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. You will not be contacted if your result is normal.
If you wish to enquire about test results by phone pleases get in touch from 12 noon onwards as our phone lines will be less busy. Adults' results will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.
